THE ROLE

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (12-month maternity leave cover) to help Nutrition Warehouse attract and hire top talent across our Retail Operations and Support Office teams. You'll partner with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience, manage end-to-end recruitment, and support continuous improvement in our talent acquisition processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for Retail Operations and Support Office roles
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Area and Store Managers
• Coach and Support hiring managers on best-practice attraction, interviewing, and selection techniques
• Source candidates using Seek, LinkedIn, university boards, and other channels
• Maintain talent pipelines and ensure excellent candidate care
• Monitor recruitment metrics, advertising spend, and manage the company LinkedIn page
• Review and improve recruitment processes, resources, and guides

You're a passionate, people-focused recruitment professional with a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment. You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, partnering with stakeholders to attract top talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You're organised, results-driven, and always looking for ways to improve processes, with a genuine passion for Nutrition Warehouse and our brands.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Experience partnering with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency with recruitment databases and candidate data management
• Strong knowledge of best-practice recruitment, selection, and attraction strategies
• Solid organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
• Passionate, people-oriented team member
• Results-focused with a drive for continuous improvement
• Qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline highly regarded
