**About the Opportunity**

PICA Group's brand QBS in Upper Coomera. You will be working five days from the office and five days from home per fortnight.

As a Strata Manager, your duties will include:

- Maintain a portfolio of Strata schemes, build relationships, and be a trusted advisor in all thing’s strata
- Facilitate and attend AGMs and other meetings
- Prepare budgets, agendas, and minutes with support from other departments
- Interpret legislation and assist in the enforcement of by-laws
- Maintain insurance, coordinate repairs and maintenance

**We’re looking for someone who has.**
- At least 2 years’ experience in property management. Strata management experience preferred.
- A love for building relationships and anticipating the needs of others
- The ability to see problems or conflicts as opportunities
- Pride in organising and planning yourself as well as others
- Skills in interpreting and communicating legislation, financial, and procedural requirements
