At **Eden Academy Palm Beach**we operate from 6:30am to 6:30pm, and offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 101 children to explore, grow, and thrive.

**In your role as a Educator;**
- You will Nurture little learners through playful learning and meaningful connection
- Create engaging environments that spark curiosity and wonder
- Show up with kindness, creativity, and a can-do spirit every day
- Communicate with confidence and build lasting bonds with families
- Bring positive energy and a team-first attitude to every room
- Guide and spark a love of learning that stays with our little leaners for life
- Deliver Support across all rooms
- Must be available Monday - Wednesday

**What You’ll Bring**:

- A **Certificate III** or **Diploma** in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
- A current Working with Children Check
- Full Australian working rights
- A warm, professional presence and a genuine passion for early learning
- Confidence connecting with children, families, and the community
- Availability to work Monday to Friday across various shift patterns
