About The Role And Team
The A&M Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) team comprise of former Big Four professionals delivering top-tier financial due diligence for private equity, infrastructure, and corporate clients.
We specialise in buy-side and sell-side engagements, focusing on quality of earnings, cash flow analysis, working capital reviews, and key business drivers.
As we continue to scale and enjoy the work we do, we're looking for people who are keen to be a part of this and help enhance our positive culture.
As an Executive or Assistant Manager in the team, your key responsibilities will include -
- Engaging in due diligence engagements for business acquisitions or disposals, collaborating with private equity investors and strategic corporate buyers.
- Conducting in-depth analysis of financial and operational performance by examining accounting records and engaging with management teams.
- Developing and assessing pro forma financial data to support strategic decision-making.
- Uncover critical factors influencing purchase price and deal structuring to optimise transaction outcomes.
- Deliver insightful findings and actionable recommendations through comprehensive analysis.
What You Bring To The Team
- Experience in a FDD role, along with a background in a Big 4 environment.
- CPA or CA qualified.
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, ideally with experience in data analytics and visualisation software.
- Willingness to travel within Australia (where practical and possible)
- A drive to succeed, take initiative and have positive interpersonal and communication skills that fit into our culture.
