We're looking for a Vocationally Registered GP to join a collaborative team supporting Australian Veterans. This hybrid role blends in-clinic patient care with remote, team-based case conferencing, allowing you to make a real impact while maintaining flexibility and work-life balance.

Your Role
  • Deliver preventative and chronic care consultations to Veterans
  • Areas include joint health, diabetes education, skin checks, chronic pain management, and mental health referrals
  • Participate in multidisciplinary case conferencing with Social Workers and Allied Health (Physio, Exercise Physiology, Podiatry, Dieticians, etc.)
  • Conduct care reviews and continuity checks to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care

About You
  • Vocationally Registered GP with current AHPRA registration
  • Confident in both face-to-face and Telehealth consultations
  • Reliable, collaborative, and proactive in team-based care
  • Interest and/or experience in Veteran-focused healthcare
