Perth, Western Australia St Ives Retirement Living Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

St Ives Retirement Living are seeking an experienced and professional Customer Services & Administration Assistant for our Centro Village in Jolimont. This is a part-time role working 30 hours per week across 4 days - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

We're in search of a multitasking, problem-solver with excellent communication and administration skills. You will thrive in a fast paced people-focused environment, enjoy variety in your work, and take pride in getting things organised and running smoothly.

In this dynamic, people-focused role, you'll be the welcoming face and operational support behind a thriving retirement community, helping us deliver the care, connection, and excellence our residents deserve. You'll champion our customer service ethos while upholding our purpose, vision, and values.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming residents and visitors, and handling enquiries with warmth and professionalism
  • Providing support to the Village Operations team
  • Accounting support including accounts payable/receivable and answering invoice queries
  • Maintaining and updating Village databases, registers, and filing systems
  • Managing Village supplies (stationary, office needs etc.)

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, accounts, or a similar role
  • A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A team player who can also work independently
  • A quick thinker with a common-sense approach to problem-solving
  • Someone who can balance professionalism with approachability when interacting with residents

A current Drivers Licence and National Police Clearance are essential for this position.
