The Role

Your remit will be to ensure the time and accurate processing of bonds transactions and supervising staff in the provision of information.

  • Providing support to the Tenancy Bonds Coordinator and Bonds Administration Manager.
  • Overseeing delivery of services.
  • Liaising closely with other Consumer Protection Branches and Directorates.
  • Coaching and mentoring staff.
