The Role

We are seeking passionate Bathhouse Wellness Advisors to welcome guests into our unique hydrotherapy environment and guide them on their wellness journey. From creating a serene atmosphere to ensuring safety, from educating guests on thermal bathing to maintaining a beautifully presented space — you will play an integral role in shaping memorable and restorative experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and orient guests, introducing them to the hydrotherapy circuit and facilities
  • Conduct brief consultations to understand guest needs and wellness goals
  • Educate guests on the benefits of thermal bathing and hydrotherapy practices
  • Monitor guest wellbeing and safety throughout their bathhouse visit
  • Maintain presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene standards across all areas
  • Provide personalised recommendations for post-bathhouse rest and self-care
  • Promote memberships, packages and special offers to encourage guest loyalty
  • Support colleagues to ensure seamless, high-quality service at every touchpoint
  • Complete water quality checks, compliance documentation and incident reports as required

About You

  • Previous spa, wellness or hospitality experience preferred
  • Warm, professional communicator who can connect with diverse guests
  • Strong customer service focus and dedication to creating memorable experiences
  • Knowledge of hydrotherapy principles and holistic wellness practices (advantageous)
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate, Working with Children's Check
  • Lifesaving or RSA qualifications (advantageous)
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in warm, humid and dimly lit environments
