We're a team of education recruiters driven by connection and purpose. Through the Academy, early-career professionals get the chance to explore our mission of shaping brighter futures across schools and early childhood settings, while receiving the training, mentorship, and support to launch a meaningful career.

We know everyone's journey looks different.  You might be just starting out, switching lanes, or looking for a career where people and purpose take centre stage.  

We'll be looking for the right skills, attitude, and motivation. Whether you're fresh out of Uni, coming from hospitality, teaching, retail, coaching, volunteering, or simply ready for a change.   

We're looking for people who are  

Curious and proactive: you're the person who spots what needs doing, and does it.  

A connector at heart: you build relationships naturally and love seeing people thrive.  

Resilient and driven: you stay positive under pressure and keep moving forward.  

Adaptable: happy to work rotating shifts (6:30 am – 3:30 pm / 10:00 am – 6:30 pm) to match the rhythm of the schools and centres you support.  

Essential: full driver's licence and Australian/NZ permanent residency or citizenship.

  • Paid, full-time Academy Program – 3 months of hands-on training, mentoring and real experience ($65K + super).

  • Pathway to a permanent role – at the end of the program, you'll be considered for an ongoing position at a market-aligned salary, with plenty of room to grow.

2026 locations: Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide   

Start date: Mid-January

Our selection process

You can expect:

  2. Phone conversation - a short call to explore your background and interest.
  3. Virtual assessment centre - group and individual activities that give you a taste of the Academy experience.
  4. Final in-person interview - meet the local team and see what your future workplace could look like.
