Role Description

  • Providing strategic leadership and operational management of the tutoring centre, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance management
  • Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team of qualified tutors to deliver engaging and effective lessons
  • Developing and implementing marketing and business development strategies to attract new students and grow the centre's enrolments
  • Ensuring the centre's compliance with all relevant educational and safety regulations
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes creativity, learning, and exceptional customer service
  • Continuously evaluating and improving the centre's programs, services, and processes to enhance the student experience
  • Liaising with parents, schools, and the broader community to build strong partnerships and raise the profile of the centre

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a leadership or management role within the education or tutoring industry
  • Strong understanding of the Australian education system and curriculum, particularly in the primary and secondary school levels
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with students, parents, and the local community
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful marketing and business growth strategies
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • A passion for education and a commitment to helping young learners reach their full potential
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Education, Business, or a related field
