Aged Care Clinical Manager – Lead with Purpose

The Role
  • Salary: $135k + Super
  • Location: Melbourne East

As Clinical Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team of nurses and carers, overseeing day-to-day clinical operations while embedding best practice and compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards. You'll play a key role in mentoring staff, elevating care outcomes, and ensuring residents receive the respect and compassion they deserve.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and empower care teams to deliver exceptional resident care
  • Drive clinical governance and compliance with quality standards
  • Implement training and development programs to strengthen team capability
  • Champion continuous improvement and evidence-based care practices
  • Oversee assessments and care plans tailored to individual resident needs
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture

About You
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • 2+ years in a clinical leadership role (aged care experience preferred)
  • In-depth knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations
