Our team provides design and supervision services for a range of civil engineering projects, specialising in subdivision, infrastructure, drainage, roads, stormwater drainage and flood management.

SGC has experienced steady and solid growth through its good reputation and the high quality of their deliverables. We are seeking to expand our team of engineers.

The Position:

Due to steady growth and repeat business, you will be required to join the existing design team specialising in roads and drainage design and other infrastructure projects.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess the following:

  • 3-5 years' experience using CAD software;
  • Extensive Knowledge in Civil Site Design (CSD);
  • Proficient across civil infrastructure software;
  • Excellent drafting skills using AutoCAD;
  • Understanding an experience in roads and infrastructure design;
  • Ensure planning and design principles comply with policies, standards, guidelines and legislation;
  • Making decisions on what needs to be done based on clearly established guidelines;
  • Experience in local projects is highly desirable;
  • Forward thinking mentality;
  • Excellent communication and team building ability; and
  • Be able to work in a team as well as autonomously.

You will be paid a market level salary with regular performance reviews, you will also be provided with support, training and exposure to a variety of different project types.
