RC Civil Contractors is a fast-growing Civil Contractor who has been in operation for over 25 years. We specialise in large scale bulk/detailed earthworks and subdivision projects ranging anywhere from $1m - $10m. This position will play a big part in the future growth of the business.

Tasks & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Estimating cost of projects from building plans.
  • Ensuring profit margins are maintained.
  • Working closely with the directors and other team members on tenders & quotes.
  • Sourcing and reviewing quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers.
  • Executing tender requests and submissions.
  • Reviewing head contracts and negotiating favourable terms

To be considered for this role you will need to have the following attributes:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • 2+ years local relevant estimating experience.
  • Experience working with Mud shark
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to read, comprehend and understand designs, drawings, and specifications.
  • Strong client interpersonal skills, confidence, and professionalism
