Role Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Civil Labourer / Dogman to join our team. The successful candidate will support day-to-day site operations, assist with civil drainage works, and provide dogging support for lifting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General civil labouring duties including trenching, pipe laying assistance, and site preparation
  • Assisting plant operators and tradespeople on site
  • Dogging duties including directing crane and lifting operations safely
  • Setting up and maintaining safe work areas
  • Manual handling and use of power/hand tools as required
  • Following site safety procedures and company policies
  • Working collaboratively with the crew to achieve project goals

Requirements:

  • Current Dogman licence (highly desirable)
  • White Card (Construction Induction)
  • Experience in civil construction, drainage, or earthworks
  • Physically fit and reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
  • Current driver's licence and reliable transport

Desirable (not essential):

  • Confined space and/or working at heights tickets
  • Excavation or pipe laying experience
