About the Role

We are looking for a hands on, motivated individual to join our Melbourne depot as a Logistics Yard Hand. No two days are the same in this varied and active role supporting our drivers and workshop teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Washing and maintaining the appearance of our truck fleet
  • General yard and depot upkeep
  • Picking up parts and materials for the workshop
  • Assisting drivers with truck movements within the yard
  • Supporting other operational needs as required

What We Offer

  • Pathway to become a Truck Driver. After 6 months, eligible team members will be enrolled in our Trainee Driver Program.
  • Fully Paid Training & Licence upgrade. We?ll cover the cost of your MC licence and provide full training
  • Truck Allocation at 12 Months. After one year, transition into a full-time truck driving role with your own vehicle.

Who We?re Looking For

  • Reliable, physically fit, and hands-on
  • Strong work ethic and team player attitude
  • Current driver?s licence (manual preferred)
  • Forklift licence is a bonus but not essential
  • Interest in developing a long term career in transport and logistics
