The role
Will see you act for Australia's leading retail brands, property, companies, developers, SME's, retail chains, and international brands.

You will draft and advise on leases, including agreements for lease, fit out deeds, subleases, assignments, surrenders, default notices, terminations, exercise of options and rent reviews, as well as negotiate lease terms and identify appropriate amendments.

You
Will be a leasing lawyer who has a working knowledge of the relevant Act and competency in drafting and advising on lease documentation for both tenant and landlord and have a commitment to achieving positive outcome for your clients.
