The Role:

With a strong pipeline of work, our Property & Developments team have a new full-time role available for a Lawyer with at least 2 years' post-admission experience in property law. You will manage conveyancing and property settlements, prepare and negotiate commercial leases, draft and review contracts of sale, and conduct legal research and advising on a broad range of property related matters.

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you'll be an admitted Lawyer with excellent verbal and written communication skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to work well both in a team and autonomously. You'll enjoy problem solving, demonstrate sound judgement, and have strong file management and organisational skills.
