Leasing Lawyer Opportunity

Elevate is seeking an experienced leasing lawyer with substantial corporate experience to join our digital transactions team in a top-tier law firm.

This role offers autonomy, responsibility, and direct customer interaction on major retail and financial institution mandates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage large leasing transactions end-to-end: from heads of agreement to negotiation, execution, and registration—with minimal client direction.

You will work on major leasing mandates with leading corporates, achieving a competitive edge through innovative, streamlined processes.

Requirements:
  • 5–10 years PAE, preferably from a top or mid-tier firm
  • Strong corporate leasing experience (retail/financial institution mandates)
  • Comfortable managing matters independently and engaging directly with high-profile clients
  • Experienced working in fast-paced, large-scale leasing environments
  • Familiarity with iManage, Microsoft Suite, and Sharedo is a plus

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong sense of commercial awareness, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
