We're looking for a talented Digital Designer who's passionate about creating beautiful, thoughtful, and high-performing work across all things digital, from websites and UI through to ads, social campaigns, and presentations.

You'll bring ideas to life that not only look great but also make an impact - helping brands communicate, convert, and grow.

Clue is one of Australia's longest-running and most successful digital agencies, with modern offices in South Perth.

We're looking for a full-time team member to join our experienced, fun, and collaborative team in a role focused on Digital Design - including web, UI, marketing creative, and application design - plus the occasional logo, infographic, or print item when needed.

You'll work alongside strategy, marketing, and development teams, designing everything from new website concepts to digital campaigns and client presentations. You'll be mentored and supported to grow your skills, whether that's in UI, motion, or another creative discipline.

This role suits a detailed, versatile designer who can move comfortably between creative and structured work - someone who's as happy designing a website UI as they are polishing an ad layout or pitch deck.

What You Need
  • A strong digital portfolio – must include examples of websites, UI, and other digital work (this outweighs degrees or certificates).
  • 3–5 years of professional design experience (agency or digital environment).
  • Proven ability in website and UI design.
  • Confidence designing for a wide range of digital outputs - social ads, campaign creative, EDMs, presentations, and infographics.
  • Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Basic knowledge of Shopify, WordPress, or CMS environments is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills - comfortable collaborating internally and occasionally client-facing.
  • Bonus: motion, animation, or video design experience (After Effects, Canva Video, or similar).
  • Bonus: artistic or illustration ability showing creative depth and originality.
Important Details

This is an in-person role based at our South Perth offices.

We value collaboration and the energy that comes from working together — everyone on our team prefers being in the office because that's where the best work happens.

We prefer a full-time position, but can accommodate part-time for the right person.

Freelancers are also welcome to apply if open to working from our office and being part of the team.

While we offer flexibility and the occasional work-from-home day, this is not a remote position. Please do not apply if you're looking for full-time remote work.
