**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with the Strategy, Creative and Digital teams to visually translate UX & UI strategies into various digital solutions.
- Design user-centric digital experiences (websites, web-apps, products, platforms and more) using critical thinking, an expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud products and also other digital design tools (eg Figma).
- Design and advise dynamic campaign creative for the Marketing Department and clients.
- Collaborate and align with the Head of Strategy and Creative Director across all projects to ensure consistent, intelligent, high-level strategic creative output.
- Provide evidence-based insights to contribute to UX, UI and design strategies and recommendations for all projects.
- Positive and constructive communication skills are a must, as we solve fast and are passionate about creating real value (meaning that we don’t just create things that look nice if they don’t pass the pub test).
- Co-learn and share your knowledge with the other graphic designers to raise the overall digital design standard and grow together a department and an agency.

**Key Capabilities**:

- Tertiary degree in art, graphic design, or similar field.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the workforce (freelance or agency).
- A portfolio of exciting work and projects you have completed.
- An expert understanding of design, creative and digital practices.

**Location**:
We are located in a character building on Stirling Highway in Perth, across the road from Mosman Park train station. Never pay for parking again and avoid the CBD hassle.
