We are seeking an experienced and motivated State Manager (NSW) to join our team. This is a senior leadership role overseeing operations across New South Wales, with a strong focus on cleaning services, floor polishing, subcontractor management, scheduling, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee cleaning and floor polishing operations across multiple sites.
  • Manage subcontractor relationships, ensuring performance standards and compliance requirements are met.
  • Coordinate scheduling and resourcing to deliver high-quality, efficient services.
  • Drive compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
  • Provide leadership, support, and guidance to teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

About You:

  • Proven experience in the cleaning and facility services industry (floor polishing experience highly regarded).
  • Strong skills in scheduling, workforce management, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Knowledge of compliance and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Based in Sydney or Central Coast with flexibility to travel across NSW.
