What you'll be doing

  • Supporting and improving Windows servers, desktops and core infrastructure (AD, DNS, Group Policy etc.)
  • Helping manage Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
  • Working with virtualisation platforms like VMware and Citrix
  • Automating tasks with PowerShell to make life easier
  • Rolling out updates, patches and packaged apps to keep everything running smoothly
  • Getting exposure to cloud automation, security tools and containerisation (think Azure Bicep, Defender, Docker)

What we're looking for

  • Solid experience in Windows Server/Desktop support
  • Confidence with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM/Intune)
  • Some background in VMware (or similar virtualisation tools)
  • A knack for documenting processes and sharing knowledge
  • Curiosity to learn new tech and pitch in wherever needed

Bonus points if you've had a play with things like Docker, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, SQL or security frameworks — but if not, you'll get the chance here.
