About the Opportunity Our client is seeking two experienced and driven Senior Systems/Networks Engineers to join their national ICT support team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a range of dynamic environments, supporting mission-critical systems and ensuring seamless connectivity for sites across Australia — and occasionally abroad.

What You'll Do As a Senior Systems/Networks Engineer, you'll:

  • Deliver on-site and remote ICT support to domestic and partner agency locations across Australia (some international travel may also be available).
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT, network, and communications infrastructure.
  • Perform technical reviews and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation of ICT installations.
  • Provide expert troubleshooting, problem-solving, and operational advice across hardware, networks, and systems.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively within a national support team.
  • Engage effectively with diverse stakeholders to deliver reliable, professional technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Be available for occasional after-hours or weekend support as required.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong experience supporting complex ICT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
  • Hands-on capability with end-user compute environments (desktop software, hardware installs).
  • Familiarity with printers, UPS systems, and cabling/network infrastructure.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously and think laterally to resolve unique challenges.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Active NV2 security clearance (PV highly desirable).
  • Formal IT or Networking qualifications will be highly regarded.
