The Senior Manager, Asset Performance and Governance is accountable for establishing, leading, and continually strengthening governance and assurance frameworks that enable effective asset lifecycle management.

The role leads the development, implementation, and refinement of the Asset Management Framework, encompassing capability and capacity planning, lifecycle policies, processes, procedures, systems, and demand management. It ensures the delivery of safe, effective, and efficient asset lifecycle services while optimising Total Cost of Ownership.

In this capacity, the Senior Manager drives ISLHD's asset management objectives, embedding a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and long-term sustainability.

Wollongong Hospital, located on Dharawal Country, is the Illawarra Shoalhaven's major referral and teaching hospital and has a bed-base count of more than 500. The campus, which incorporates the Illawarra Regional Cancer Care Centre, provides a comprehensive range of inpatient, outpatient and community-based services.
