About the role

We are seeking a warm, friendly guest-focused cafe all rounder to join this small and fun team. Ideal candidates will enjoy working in a bustling work environment, be flexible to jump between the floor, behind the counter, help do shots on the machine, assist with BOH duties (including set up and pack down) and look to grow their management skills. But ultimately be steadfast in their dedication to delivering outstanding service.

About the venue

Inspired by the corner stores of Italy, where you can start your day with a quick espresso and pastry whilst reading the paper, return just after lunch to grab a glass of wine and a light snack, and then stop past on your way home for a cheeky cocktail as you pick up some pasta and sauce for tonight's dinner.

Bar Mammoni serves pastries with a difference, a selection of bowls of pastas, tasty snacks and sandwiches. All house made and just as mumma would have – from scratch, with love and care.
