Historic Lounders Boatshed Café in Adelaide on the banks of the River Torrens is looking for an experienced barista/FOH all-rounder. We are small, fun team with everyone doing a bit of everything. The position suits someone looking for a long-term placement with immediate start available. Approximately 20 hours plus per week over a 5 day roster Wednesday to Sunday, would also suit someone studying at University or looking for top-up hours. Flexible shifts can be arranged.

The position requires outstanding customer service with an attitude to match and great communication skills. The successful applicant will have above average barista skills and ability to keep up with demand capable of mínimal basic latte art. be a professional individual, punctual and reliable, with demonstrated FOH all-rounder skills, be a team player, and be flexible in the workplace.

To be considered for the role, you **must** meet the following criteria;
Must have minimum 2 years experience

Must be an experienced barista with latte art ability

Able to work independently under pressure

Must have great leadership skills

Must have outstanding communication skills

Must be reliable and punctual

Must be a team player

Must have RSA/RP or be prepared to obtain certificate

Must have commitment to customer service

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

**Salary**: Up to $31.38 per hour
