This Sydney office-based role comes with full training and support - as you launch your career in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Engagement & Conversion

  • Conduct outbound sales calls (cold and warm) to qualify leads and drive/engage conversion.
  • Engage with existing leads to assess where they are in the buyer journey and advance them to the next stage (consultation, webinar, commitment).
  • Confidently communicate the benefits of property investment through the Buyer's Club, tailored to each client's situation.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Respond to client queries with clarity and confidence, providing expert knowledge in property investment, possible finance options, location strategies, and capital growth.
  • Build rapport and long-term relationships through trust-based selling and education.
  • Guide clients through the decision-making process and convert interest into commitments.

3. CRM & Task Management

  • Accurately update client information, conversations, outcomes, and next steps in the CRM and task trackers.
  • Maintain clear records of all interactions and ensure timely follow-ups are scheduled and completed.
  • Actively manage personal sales pipeline to meet or exceed performance metrics.

4. Sales Performance & Strategy

  • Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs including call targets and sales goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead quality, refine sales scripts, and share insights from the field.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen the sales funnel or re-engage inactive leads.

5. Time & Workflow Management

  • Work consistently within Australian business to align with client availability.
  • Self-manage daily workflow, prioritising high-value leads and key follow-ups.
  • Communicate proactively with team leaders and contribute to a performance-driven culture.

We require candidates to have the following criteria:

  • Have a current Real Estate Licence or Assistant Agent Certificate (or be willing to obtain one – we can help)

  • Have great communication skills & strong work ethic

  • Great attention to detail and task orientation

  • Process driven, dynamic and autonomous personality

  • Exceptional phone acumen, and motivation to achieve KPI's.
