Description

Our soon to be opened clinic in Leppington is currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join the team. 

The role is a full time position working Monday to Friday, with shifts between 8am-5pm.

Role Overview:

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
  • Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
  • Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
  • Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
  • Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.

 Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.

 Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
