About the Role:

This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about joining a collaborative team environment and playing an integral role in providing quality service, support, and assistance to our key clients and internal teams. The Partnerships Coordinator will be a subject matter expert in our solutions and backend tools providing expertise to all clients.

Day-to-day: 

  • Support the management of key client relationships to plan and execute on their partnerships, ensuring aligned purposes and objectives are in place to help deliver exceptional value
  • Understand and become a subject matter expert on our back end platform tools
  • Provide potential clients with in depth demos of BetMakers' solutions
  • Provide quality service and administrative support to the Partnerships Manager APAC and the wider Commercial & Partnerships team
  • Work closely with tech and product teams to solve customer pain points and deliver value for clients
  • Provide Partnerships lifecycle support, through various streams, analysing trends and proactively communicating with clients and the business on a regular basis
  • Act as point of contact to develop and streamline the onboarding process and experience of new clients
  • Manage a portfolio of emerging value clients
  • Maintain and manage accurate, up-to-date client partnership records
  • Develop engagement and communication plans with partners, review on a regular basis
  • Coordinating key client relationships for the business to leverage strategic growth opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain relationships
  • Drive efficiencies within the team through new and updated processes
  • Coordinate and prepare regular reporting and insights

To be successful in the role:

In this role, success comes from a willingness to learn, a hands-on approach to tasks, and a genuine commitment to building strong client relationships. It's demonstrated through proactively solving problems, becoming a trusted expert on our platform tools, and consistently delivering value to both clients and the business. Ideally you will have: 

  • 3+ years experience providing high quality customer support
  • Previous experience working in the wagering industry is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage conflicting deadlines
  • A sound ability to build effective relationships, both with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated strong problem-solving mindset and skills  
  • Proven technical problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously on individual tasks
  • An interest in understanding new technologies and trends
  • Strong analytical, proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrate initiative and a proactive attitude and
  • Must be available to work flexibly outside of regular business hours to accommodate the needs of international and domestic clients/stakeholders as required.
