Redcape Hospitality is on the look out for caring, passionate, people-centric hospitality professionals to join the team at Orion Hotel as one of our Casual Bartender/Beverage Attendants. You would assist the Venue Leadership Team & the collective venue team to successfully operate the hotel's beverage & wagering operations in a hands-on, front of house capacity.

Duties and Responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to support the Venue Leadership Team with the day-to-day business beverage related operations. The key responsibilities for this role will include:

• Collaboratively working alongside or within various teams as we strive to offer an outstanding customer experience.
• Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
• Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
• Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our Hotel's operating hours

• Possess a current/valid RSA & RCG (Or willingness to obtain)
• Previous experience is preferred but not a mandatory requirement for the right candidate.
