Instructional Designer (Technology Enablement) - Compare Club

What You'll Be Doing
  • Designing engaging training programs and learning assets (eLearning, guides, videos, workshops) tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Translating complex technical content into easy-to-understand learning resources.
  • Supporting change initiatives with clear and consistent communication to build awareness, engagement, and adoption.
  • Facilitating training sessions and building scalable, self-paced learning opportunities.
  • Tracking and evaluating training effectiveness, recommending improvements where needed.
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience in instructional design, ideally in technology/system implementation contexts.
  • Skilled in blended learning design (digital and facilitator-led), with experience using eLearning tools such as Articulate Rise/Storyline, Canva, or similar.
  • Strong grasp of change communication and its role in user adoption.
  • Confident communicator—able to make the technical simple.
  • Agile, adaptable, and collaborative in fast-paced project environments.
Qualifications
  • Certificate IV in Training & Education (TAE) – essential
  • Change Management Certification (Prosci or similar) – highly regarded
  • Diploma of Training & Assessment – highly regarded
