About the role

Access Engineering Group is seeking an experienced Construction Labourer to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a full-time Construction Labourer, you will be an integral part of our dynamic construction workforce, contributing to the successful delivery of a range of industrial, mining and commercial projects.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting skilled scaffolders with tasks such as material handling, site preparation, and general labouring duties
  2. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by following health and safety procedures
  3. Safely operating various power tools and equipment as required
  4. Undertaking any other duties as directed by the site supervisor or project manager

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a Construction Labourer or in a similar role within the construction industry
  2. Strong physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks
  3. Experienced forklift driver with current HRWL Licence
  4. Current Construction White Card
  5. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
  6. Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
  7. Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to delivering high-quality work
  8. Good numerical and literacy skills
