About Us:

Connect Resources is a specialist provider of Recruitment and Labour hire solutions in Western Australia and New South Wales. Our recruitment team have a combined 15+ years recruiting for local roles in local roles and in regional, specialising in labour hire and permanent placements for various industries.  

Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual labour tasks such as digging, trenching, and excavating.
  • Assist with underground utilities and infrastructure installation and maintenance.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery as required.
  • Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members and meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in civil construction preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Construction White Card.
  • HR Desirable
  • Ability to pass full medical and fitness assessment.
