  • $57.77 phr plus penalties & Super
  • Monday – Friday , 38hr week
  • Based Gladstone

About the Client

Our Client plays a vital role in facilitating economic growth and sustainability across Queensland and beyond.

What you will be doing:

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Officer to maintain and utilise all aspects of the warehouse and inventory management system.

Your will be:

  • Receiving inward goods, checking documentation, advising customer s that goods have arrived and place items on shelves and ensure all items are clearly identified.
  • Issue goods in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Issuing and receipting of fuel and oils.
  • Ensure stock accuracy by performing cyclical stocktaking procedures.
  • Maintain compliance on storing and handling dangerous goods.
  • Manage repair of rotable items.
  • Participate in the operational effectiveness of the warehouse to maintain it as the recognised supplier of choice;
  • Exercise financial responsibility through identification of cost saving measures and effective utilisation of resources;

What you will need:

To be successful for this role you will have:

  • Certificate III in Warehousing or relevant warehousing experience.
  • Forklift Licence.
  • Mandatory C class driver s licence;
  • Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC) or ability to obtain.
