We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Warehouse Person looking for the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of warehouse staff.
  • Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
  • Train, mentor, and performance-manage warehouse staff.
  • Operate and oversee the use of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
  • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Investigate and resolve issues relating to damaged or missing stock.
  • Prepare reports on warehouse performance, stock levels, and KPIs.
Key Requirements
  • Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control, and inventory systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Forklift licence (preferred or required depending on the role).
