About the role

As the Cabinet Liaison Support Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating and supporting Cabinet, Parliamentary, and Executive Council processes. You'll work side-by-side with senior officers and stakeholders, ensuring critical information flows smoothly and deadlines are met with precision.

This role will see you:

  • Prepare and coordinate high-level briefing materials for senior executives and ministers.
  • Manage responses to consultation requests, discussion papers, and submissions.
  • Maintain secure systems and registers for sensitive government business.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues on Cabinet and Parliamentary protocols.
  • Contribute to a workplace culture that is inclusive, respectful, and collaborative.
