CRUSHING & SCREENING SUPERVISOR

Wilco Logistics PTY LTD is expanding and we're looking for an experienced Crushing & Screening Supervisor to join our growing operations in North Queensland. If you're a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge and a commitment to safety and efficiency, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

This full-time position oversees daily crushing and screening activities across our sites. You will coordinate personnel, equipment, and production targets while ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate crushing & screening operations
  • Lead and mentor a small team of operators and laborers
  • Monitor production outputs and adjust processes as required
  • Conduct pre-starts, inspections, and ensure safe work practices
  • Schedule maintenance and liaise with contractors and suppliers
  • Support continuous improvement across all plant operations
  • Maintain accurate records and report to management
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in crushing and screening operations (essential)
  • Previous supervisory or leading-hand experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Sound understanding of WHS legislation and safe work practices
  • Ability to plan, organise and communicate effectively
  • Current driver's licence (HR or above advantageous)
  • Relevant tickets (Loader, Excavator, etc.) preferred
