This role involves discussing our products to clients directly dialling in and finding a tailored solution to their insurance needs. This team thrives in a high energy atmosphere, delivering personalised insurance solutions, all while enjoying the perks of our unique culture and continuously developing your sales skills.

About The Role

  • Onsite and full-time, based at our Chermside office
  • Professionally handle inbound calls from new and existing clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Listen to customer needs and identify opportunities to provide tailored policies
  • Sell the benefits of our innovative products and services to customers
  • Work towards sales and performance targets
  • Demonstrate the ability to problem-solve with customers
