The Role:

Laminex is on the hunt for a Process Operator to strengthen our team at the Cheltenham laminate plant. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a forklift license and a passion for manufacturing excellence, safety, and learning. We are committed to training the right person who aligns with our values and vision.

Shift Patterns:

All positions will be on 24/5 roster.

The loading will 15% across day/night which is 6am – 6pm or 6pm to 6am.

Monday – Friday

11.4 x 15% loading + 0.6xROT x double time )

Sunday night for 6pm to 6am will be paid as

6 hours double time + 5.4x15% loading + 0.6ROT x double time )

Compensation:

Receive a highly competitive salary that significantly exceeds award rates, inclusive of additional loading for shift work and any required overtime.

About You:

  • Essential: Current LF forklift license, with a minimum of 6 months' previous experience
  • Desirable: Previous experience in manufacturing or production roles, though not mandatory.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly team-oriented, with a strong capacity for physical work within a dynamic environment.
  • Great knowleldge of safety in the workplace
