What's the Role About?
The Repair Team play a crucial role in performing minor mobile phone and tablet repairs and categorizing faulty devices according to the company's standards. Reporting to the Repair Team Leader, this position involves receiving on-site training to perform all repairs and collaborating with the team to develop new repair methods. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Device Repair:
Perform minor mobile phone and tablet repairs, ensuring all work is completed to the company's quality standards.
Receive training to develop skills in various types of repairs, from basic fixes to more complex tasks.
Faulty Device Categorization:
Accurately categorize faulty devices based on the company's standards and guidelines.
Document and report any defects or issues identified during the repair process.
Quality Assurance:
Follow all quality assurance protocols to ensure that repairs meet customer expectations and company standards.
Conduct final inspections of repaired devices to ensure they are fully functional and defects-free.
Training and Development:
Actively engage in on-site training programs to enhance repair skills and knowledge.
Stay updated on new repair techniques and industry trends to improve performance continuously.
Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve repair processes and techniques.
Inventory Management:
Assist in managing the inventory of parts and tools, ensuring all necessary materials are available for repairs.
Notify the Repair Team Leader of any shortages or issues with inventory that may impact the repair process.

Basic proficiency in using computers and inventory management systems.
Physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing for extended periods and handling devices.
