Based in Ormeau, Queensland, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Permits Administrator to support our high-performing team.

A little experience is preferred, but not essential - we are happy to train the right candidate.

About the Role

As a Permits Administrator, you will assist in coordinating and processing essential building permits and documentation. You'll work closely with our internal teams, external authorities, and customers to ensure all paperwork is accurate, compliant, and completed on time.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys administration, problem-solving, and working in a supportive team environment.

What You'll Do

Assist with preparing and submitting building permit applications

Liaise with councils, certifiers, and internal departments

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Follow up on outstanding information and approvals

Provide general administrative support to the Permits team

Learn and grow your knowledge of building requirements and permit processes

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn

Ability to work both independently and in a team

Basic administration or office experience is an advantage, but not required

An interest in the building or construction industry
