Are you a dynamic, strategic leader looking to make meaningful impact in a growth-driven environment? Do you bring commercial acumen, people-centric leadership and a passion for operational excellence? If so – we'd love to hear from you.

About the role

At Ecolab, we partner with the world's leading quick service restaurant (QSR) brands to deliver world-class food safety, hygiene, sanitation and sustainability solutions. In ANZ, our QSR business is focused on driving growth across cleaning & sanitation programs, food safety services and brand-protection solutions for the QSR industry.

As Regional Manager of QSR, you will lead the business across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands – shaping strategy, delivering results, and building a diverse, high-performing team. You'll have a real opportunity to drive commercial growth, operational excellence and sustainable impact.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute the P&L strategy for the QSR division; set the direction, priorities and growth roadmap (new clients, verticals, services).
  • Lead and inspire a team of sales, technical service, field operations and support professionals – fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and inclusion.
  • Build strong customer relationships with QSR brands – understanding their needs, co-creating solutions and driving value-led outcomes (food safety, guest experience, operational efficiency).
  • Translate global best-practice programs into tailored solutions
  • Ensure operational excellence: delivery, compliance, training, field service support, technical quality and customer satisfaction across all accounts.
  • Partner with international stakeholders to align global programs with local execution.
  • Navigate regulatory and inventory challenges with confidence, ensuring seamless service delivery.

What we're looking for

  • Proven leadership experience managing diverse teams, with a strong focus on people management and fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
  • Demonstrated success in managing divisional P&L responsibility, including the ability to analyze financial performance, identify issues, and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to drive double-digit growth through strategic planning, market expansion, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of building trust and influencing senior leaders both locally and globally.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a complex, global matrix environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Experience in managing operational aspects such as inventory control, regulatory compliance, and service delivery to ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset, able to navigate change and lead teams through evolving business priorities while maintaining focus on results.

What we offer

At Ecolab, we believe in the power of purpose-driven leadership. You'll be part of a company that values innovation, sustainability, and the growth of its people. We offer:

  • A flexible hybrid work model to support work-life balance.
  • Competitive compensation with performance-based bonuses.
