About the Role
As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you'll work closely with CTP business stakeholders and Finance & Advice teams to deliver financial insights, reporting, and strategic support. You'll lead BAU deliverables and contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis across the Commercial & Personal Injury portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Deliver month-end and quarter-end tasks, including estimates, journals, and reporting packs.
- Analyse and report P&L performance, providing insights across actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
- Own OPEX and FTE reporting for the CTP portfolio, including allocation reviews and driver updates.
- Collaborate with finance teams and portfolio stakeholders to support revenue outcomes and strategic planning.
- Contribute to key reports including GWP Flash, IA Flash, CFO packs, investor presentations, and budget templates.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support cross-training across the team.
What You'll Bring
- Business degree (mandatory); CPA or CA qualifications (desired).
- 8+ years' experience in financial services across complex businesses.
- Strong general insurance knowledge (5+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in finance systems such as TM1 and Oracle.
- Ability to simplify complex financial information and communicate effectively.
- Proven stakeholder engagement and change management capabilities.
