As a Reward Analyst, you’ll provide high-quality specialist analysis and insights on reward matters to help shape our people strategies and enhance employee experiences. Your efforts will support the implementation of effective reward frameworks and contribute to the ongoing success of the organisation.
**What you’ll do**
- Support the Reward team in delivering key programs across the entire reward portfolio
- Conduct detailed reward analysis and insights to assist with complex queries and specific reward-related matters
- Maintain robust market matches and benchmarking databases, including the preparation and management of salary surveys
- Administer recognition programs and manage remuneration budgeting
- Oversee share plan administration, employee equity offers, and role pay/gender pay analytics
- Prepare reports and insights for directors, senior management, and other stakeholders
- Support the operational execution of core reward activities, including the development and maintenance of reward standards, and internal and external performance reporting
- Conduct comparative analysis of Suncorp's reward arrangements against relevant comparators
- Contribute towards enhancing ways of working to provide a more effective and efficient service to stakeholders
**What you’ll bring**
- Experience in reward and analytics, ideally in consulting or operational roles within listed financial services companies or large complex businesses
- Solid understanding of reward practices, including both workforce and executive reward
- Proven capability to research, analyse, and interpret large data sets and provide clear insights
- Strong Excel skills with high numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple channels.
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and meet time-sensitive deliverables in a dynamic environment
- Resilient and able to work autonomously, with a strong customer service ethic.
- Comfortable with an agile and flexible way of working
