Due to continued growth, we are seeking a passionate, curious Business Development Coordinator to join our national Brand, Clients and Markets (BCM) team.

About you
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience, ideally in Professional Services.
- A team player.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Be able to effectively prioritise tasks and execute these seamlessly with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Have the ability to multitask whilst working under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent is required.
Your role
You will be an integral part of the national BCM team providing support across a number of the firm's practice groups, sectors and key client relationships. The day-to-day responsibilities of the role will vary, exposing you to a broad range of BD activities and initiatives, providing you with fundamental skills to excel your career in professional services.
You will be responsible for supporting the Business Development Managers and Advisors to develop and execute business development initiatives relating to the firm's strategy, including:
- Supporting client relationship activities including events, reporting and operational compliance.
- Supporting the execution of key practice and sector-related go-to-market initiatives.
- Producing quality capability statements, bid and tender responses.
- Supporting the team with the preparation of high-quality directory and award submission responses; and
- Maintaining supporting materials required to achieve successful BD delivery including transaction registers, practitioner profiles and online content.
