About the Role

As a full-time team member, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, helpful, and engaging in-store experience. You'll help customers choose the right products, offer practical advice, and work with a passionate team that truly cares about pets and people.


Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, knowledgeable approach
  • Proactively drive in-store sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products
  • Provide pet care advice across a range of animals (training provided)
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked store environment
  • Operate POS systems and assist with stock management
  • Support your team to ensure daily store operations run smoothly

About You

  • Previous retail or sales experience (experience in pet or specialty retail is a plus)
  • A passion for animals and confident speaking about pet care
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work full-time, including one weekend day
  • Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn and grow in the role
