About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Depot Coordinator to join our close-knit team in Port Hedland. This role offers flexibility (full-time or part-time) and excellent career growth opportunities.

As a Depot Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales and operations of our Pilbara business. Your responsibilities will span depot operations, warehouse management, customer service, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day depot operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards
  • Process customer orders, quotations, and sales documentation as required
  • Deliver excellent customer service by managing enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Support sales growth initiatives and contribute to business forecasting
  • Coordinate stock movements, transfers, and dispatch efficiently
  • Conduct cyclic stocktakes
  • Operate a forklift for loading/unloading
  • Maintain warehouse KPIs and uphold WHS standards

About You

  • Current Forklift Licence and Australian Driver's Licence (essential)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a professional environment; retail or B2B highly regarded
  • Strong administration, organisational, and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong decision making and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with CRM systems desirable
  • Ability to identify and implement operational improvements
