The Opportunity
Are you looking for flexible working arrangements? We will consider full-time, part-time and/or casual, at various levels, from trainee/entry level through to senior manager and there is the option to work at either our Mildura or Swan Hill Campus.
About you:
To be successful, the following skills, knowledge and background will be highly valued:
- Experience in People and Culture, HR, IR/ER, payroll, reporting, administration and/or customer service
- Relevant qualifications and/or a commitment to complete a relevant qualification
- Great communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence, including experience with sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to provide advice and support, meet new people, and communicate with empathy to a broad range of people
- Apply critical and systems thinking to address procedural and/or complex problems
- Being proactive and able to contribute/lead activities with (limited) supervision, and apply a logical approach to identifying potential risks that may need escalation.
- An ability to adapt to continuous change, be flexible, and be an agent of change for organisation objectives
- Sound IT skills using a broad range of programs such as excel, word, visio, and web publishing
- Ability to work across multiple technical platforms with patience and adaptability
- Willingness to learn new systems, challenge the norm and seek improvement
- Ability to seek and take on feedback as part of a continuous improvement culture
