Role description

We are currently seeking a suitably experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our team in the Connolly Unit. You will be responsible for the provision of patient focused nursing care, under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

Our wonderful team pride themselves on offering collaborative and compassionate care with an emphasis on patient experience. We have a focus on constant professional development, encourage all staff to up-skill, and stay abreast of latest research and best practice. You will be part of an exceptional multi-disciplinary team who provide exceptional care to patients and make coming to work each day an enjoyable and rewarding experience.

About you

As the successful applicant you will:

• Have a Certificate IV or Diploma in Nursing with Medication Endorsement
• Have excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate sound clinical knowledge and excellent clinical skills,
• Provide evidence based, high quality care to patients.
• Deliver person-centred care that meets best practice standards and in line with Dhelkaya Health requirements
