Pharmacy Retail Manager – Bonnyrigg Priceline Pharmacy

About the Role:

At Bonnyrigg Priceline Pharmacy, we're all about people — our customers, our team, and our community.

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Pharmacy Retail Manager to lead our front-of-shop operations and champion the iconic Priceline brand.

This is a full-time salaried position (40 hours per week) with a competitive, negotiable salary based on experience.

You'll play a key role in driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a warm, welcoming, and high-performing team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management

  • Recruit, train, roster, and lead the front-of-shop team
  • Approve shifts, hold engaging monthly meetings, and inspire growth and accountability

Inventory & Stock Control

  • Oversee stock levels, ordering, and merchandising standards
  • Coordinate catalogue set-ups and maintain a beautiful, well-presented store

Customer Service

  • Ensure exceptional service at every touch-point
  • Support staff in handling customer queries and resolving complaints with care

Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee daily store operations and uphold Priceline's standards
  • Manage budgets, wages, banking, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements

Sales & Growth

  • Drive sales performance and deliver on financial targets
  • Work with the support office and pharmacy team to implement growth strategies

Support the Pharmacy Team

  • Collaborate closely with pharmacists to ensure smooth dispensary support and patient care
  • Help promote health services such as vaccinations and wellness programs

About You

  • Previous experience in retail or pharmacy management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people skills
  • A passion for team development, visual merchandising, and customer care
  • Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail
  • Motivated by results and creating an exceptional store experience
